Aaayyyeee! I tried this last night (6/18/22), and it WORKED so well!! My client and I were so frustrated…it’d been a LONG night of adjusting and turned her and saw that flap!!! 😡! But, I knew just what to do!! All she could say was, ‘you FIXED that! I don’t know what you did but you fixed that’‼️ Thank you so much for sharing ‼️

Your technique is flawless AND you just validated my thoughts about the closure being sown down in the front. I knew it made sense to sew it in the front especially in the summer time. Not sure if other stylist are aware that you can sew it in the front or if they're just too lazy to do it 🤔.

Thank you! I just went back to traditional closure installs like this and I always wondered why they don’t sew down the front because it lasts much longer & is more secure for the client. I’m convinced they don’t do it so you HAVE to come back sooner….

This really helped me out so much. I’m not used to my closure this far back. I Love this look.

The girls don’t do closures like this anymore and I hate it 😞 they all just use adhesive and it never last. We need more stylist like you!

@@TrenLestar I’m here to confirm it is slowly! Ppl are tired of dropping hundreds for something that will lift in 24hrs, 48 if you’re lucky! It’s absolutely impossible for us active girlies who sweat everyday

Would it be difficult to take the thread out of the braid? I feel like it’d take forever to cut out bc there’s so much thread sewn into it
