THANK YOU! I was looking into AutomateWoo but wasn't sure what it looked like on the back end and you helped so much. Here's to growth for your channel and our Tea Business ♥
Hi, we will be using Automatewoo on our site now. Just wanna ask why our Triggers seems lacking some options? Do we need to reinstall it or what? Hope to hear something from you Mr.Simon. Thank you!
Hi there! AutomateWoo adds these extra triggers if a compatible plugin like WooCommerce Subscriptions is installed. Other compatible plugins are WooCommerce Memberships, WooCommerce Wishlist, etc. See the full list of all AutomateWoo integrations here: automatewoo.com/integrations/
Can you help. When I send out emails to my customers, it’s sending the same email for every order they’ve placed. So if they placed 10 orders it will send 10 emails to that customer.
Hey at 9:02 you popped open a bunch of sticky notes from the bottom of your screen, can you tell me what app or extension is that??? Thanks in advanced!
It's called Paste! You can get this app with a Setapp subscription which offers a free trial and is a subscription for all Mac apps for $9.99/month. Check it out here: setapp.sjv.io/x9Xy2x
Thanks for the great video. I have a question. Is it possible to integrate with fluent CRM? Am looking for a custom workflow which is, create a contact first in CRM, then create a quote, convert it into order, send it to customer to get paid, and the CRM updates. Looking forward to your response. TIA
When setting up an abandon cart email flow how do you stop the flow if someone completes the purchase on the 2nd of 4 emails we send them? It seems like If I create a 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours and 48-hour email they will all be sent even if the 6 hour email gets us the sale. I am used to Klaviyo and learning AutomateWoo right now.
For auto generate coupon such as welcome email for first purchase. How does it work? How does the coupon generate, automatewoo will generate it automatically or we need to create a coupon and paste the coupon code in the template email?
Hey there! Good question. What you need to do is create a new coupon and you can set as "private published". This coupon will serve as your "coupon template" per say. Next, when you add your auto generated coupon to a email in your workflow you can insert the customer.generate_coupon shortcode and this will prompt you to choose what coupon template you want to choose. I go over this exact process in this video if you are curious: ruclips.net/video/Ghs4JpZbo1I/видео.html
is it possible with this AutomateWoo to schedule recurrent shippings for an order already paid? For example, a customer pays for a 12 months subscription to a magazine, so this magazine has to be shipped for the next 12 months and no more email sent to the customer (just a reminder to ship for the shop owner). Thanks
Hey Maurice! Yes this can be solved by deactivating your Processing Order Email in WooCommerce Email Settings. You then would use AutomateWoo to recreate a new workflow for just your Processing Order email (super simple to do). You then could add a rule to that workflow to not send email if order includes magazine product. Does this help?
yes that is possible! And could be easier to manage everything from WooCommerce. You could also still use MailChimp if you would like for other emails but I like using AutomateWoo cause do not have to worry about passing data from WooCommerce to MailChimp.
Hello Simon, we are using woocomerce subscriptions and the issue that we are having so far is that some customers will not pay on time just because their card was declined, so I was wondering if with this plugin can we add a late fee to their subscription and after they get back in track that fee will be remove for their next payment cycle, so far woocommerce subscription does not offer late fees on missed payments for our subscribers.
Hey Simon, thanks for the video, it was helpful. Can you please tell me if it is possible to automatically create coupons with 24 or 48 hour expiration using automatewoo for every user that goes through the workflow?
Yes this is possible! You have to go to Coupons and create a new coupon. For example, create coupon for 20% discount and other criteria. Leave expiry date blank. Finally, set coupon to private and save changes. Create your workflow and insert the generate coupon variable. When you insert that variable you will see a option to add a “expiry”. For example, add 2 for 48 hours or 1 for 24 hours. Save your workflow and you’re all set! If you do get the AutomateWoo plugin see here: simongondeck.com/awoo
Hard to give an exact answer but you can do almost do everything in AutomateWoo that you can do in Klaviyo. For example, add tags to customer in AutomateWoo instead of tagging customer in Klaviyo with specific segments. Klaviyo does probably have a easier email builder if you are looking for a extensive drag and drop email template builder. It all comes down to personal preference though and if you prefer feature in Klaviyo you are going to use it over AutomateWoo.
Go to AutomateWoo - Logs and check if your workflow shows that it attempted to send any emails. I would recommend installing the free Email Log plugin here: wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/
Get the AutomateWoo plugin! sgwp.dev/sht

I want to automate oder confirmation mail but if i turn the original off in woo automated sends no mails at all

Why does my automatewoo is not sending emails ? Any idea ?
Go to AutomateWoo - Logs and check if your workflow shows that it attempted to send any emails. I would recommend installing the free Email Log plugin here: wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/
