Today I show off what's involved with DSG swapping my MK4 ALH TDI!
This swap applies to 1.8T/TDI/2.0L, and can apply to VR6 with different
transmission and axles.
DMF126 - The DSG flywheel to get!
DMF181 - stop start tdi, only available in Europe, requires stop start starter and possibly other stuff?
1J0407271NH and 1J0407272MJ axles
DMF126 - new dual mass flywheel with pilot bearing
1J0199555BR - engine mount
Edelmann 92562 - ps line, rock auto, modify for alh
5K1713025BL - mk6 jetta shift selector
Mk6 DSG shift knob
Mk4 manual shift boot
Canopy foam tape - to seal the shift selector tunnel
Ecu reflash ($325 usd)
3 bar map sensor with adapter for ALH intercooler (if stage 1+ software)
