السلام علیکم سر! میری جاب اگر پی پی ایس سی کے ذریعے ہو جاتی ہے کسی بھی پوسٹ پر جس پر لکھا ہو کہ پہلے دو یا تین سال کنٹریکٹ ہے کیا وہ بعد میں ریگولر ہو جائے گی ؟ اور جس دن وہ ریگولر ہو گئی تو میری جو سروس ریکارڈ ہو گئی وہ پہلے والے بھی سال کاؤنٹ ہو گئے جو کنٹریکٹ کے تھے اور اس کے ساتھ جب کنٹریکٹ چل رہا ہوں گا تب اس میں جنتے بھی حکومت کی طرف سے اضافےہو گئے وہ بھی لگتے رہے گئے ۔
