I played this video back about 6 times and then watched it about 6 more times in .25 playback speed. I didn't once figure this out, even playing back that slow, until I played the game we've all played "what's missing from picture A that's in picture B". It took literally two frames of comparison to to even notice this method on camera. So bloody perfect. The ultimate execution of slide-of-hand....teehee!!! Every distraction, every bit of patter was layed on us all and performed flawlessly. I aspire to be this good one day. Definitely a role model in magic for me. When I think of a magician in my head and when I think of me being a magician you come to mind first and foremost nowadays. You are the definition of a magician. Many others are just really good at performing it. Your pores leak and your blood flows magic. You can truly tell that you love what you do and there's never anything that will get in the way of changing your mind. Not any amount of money, not any type of injury. I bet you'd find a way to perform sleight-of-hand even if you had Steven Hawkings situation.

Jason, you have a very nice tutorial style. You break things down into small steps and you point out potential potholes in the road before we fall into them. 🙂 I would have also shown on the ribbon flip how you can use one card on edge to drive the flipping cards, it looks like they are magnetically attracted and I think it really enhances the effect.

Thanks for the refreshers... A little story: I was practicing shuffling in the train a little while ago... and like five minutes before one stop, an old lady came hobbling over to me and said, "If I could shuffle like you, the ladies at my card game would be so impressed." So sweet. I would have taught her something, but she had to get off the train.
And here I see I've been doing the fan all wrong. :) Thanks. Got it on the second try. Ha ha!

1:48. The 2 is on the top of the deck. You can notice the top card is slightly angled then it’s not after his hand goes over the deck. It’s a smooth move

he flicks it off the top of the deck so it goes under his left hand. Then he puts the aces together on top of it. When he reveals the cards, the bottom card gets dealt out second to make it seem like it was in the middle.

I do the Charlier slightly different. I don't push the cards all the way up with the pointer finger. I just push with my pointer untill I have the packet in the webbing of my thumb and pointer finger then lever it up, and over with that. For me this was eaier and I don't acidentally push additional card with the pointer.
