- This is the third of many tests involving the KOMA Elektronik Field Kit, a device that allows for creative experiments that are reminiscent of Musique concrète. This experiment utilizes the CV radio and the control of two sensors-a light sensor and a distance one. This test illustrates the power of the Field Kit in terms of both analog sensors and switches. In the future, I will offer a video detailing sensors and switches with the Field Kit. I used the Hologram Infinite Jets to modify the audio. As you might guess, the audio from a radio can get dull, thus the processing of the Infinite Jets. I did find the voice at the end of the video to be somewhat alluring. Also, the sound is channeled through Critter & Guitari’s Etc video synthesizer. The video is shot with the Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera.
ok this is really cool
pretty sure you just need to run lights for my band
thanks!
Hey man. Just subscribe a couple days ago. I’m really interested in the concepts you bring up in the videos. I’m saving up for my own field kit setup. Do you think you could get interesting results using a cv to midi converter with more traditional synths/gear? Thanks for the inspiration. Keep it up.
Yes, I think so. I guess it depends on your setup. My new midi-cv box is the Hermod, which is Eurorack, but possibly the Pyramid is another route to go.
