I remember that long list of goals you had on your apartment wall in Brazil, and one of them was to grow your RUclips channel to, what, something like 30,000 subscribers? And here you are now, 400,000 more subscribers later. I miss that apartment, with all the plants and sunshine and birds flying in the window. Things there seemed more mellow, simpler, a very different “vibe”(?) then. Not sure how to put this into the best words...😎

Haha Andrew, he certainly is the naughty one so I was shocked he was embarrassed to answer that he was. We are grateful that we have these videos to look back on and see how far we have come individually but also as a couple. The previous Q&A clearly showed that. I too am a recovering alcoholic. People don't realize that we are always working our program. They just think we got better and it's all over. Love you guys, blessings to you.
Hey John, it was hard for my family understand that after rehab it is not over. All of my therapists ask me about the daily meetings, meditation, reading, journaling, etc. I have tried, AA, NA and Dharma, which program do you use? We can do this and take it one day at a time John.
I’m SO HAPPY that Bernardo is so naughty. There is a LOT more laughter shared that way. And it constantly reminds us all not to take life so seriously, all the time. Thanks 🙏🏼 for the naughtiness, Bernardo. It brings smiles to all our lives.

Thank you. It took me a few months to acknowledge that I needed help since anxiety has been something since childhood. I'm not sure if you've seen all of our videos but once we were in Moncton, Canada, Bernardo and I knew something was far more than either of us could manage. I am so happy that I choose to go on a path that is more peaceful than the one I was on. Bernardo is a wonderful man for staying beside me even when things were rough.

They are so courageous to be so open about their lives both individually and as a couple. I’m about the same age and them and they remind me that problems in life arise and but it’s important to slow down and rely on the people that love you. Also, they have really inspired me to travel more. I can’t wait until lockdown is over so I can go anywhere and everywhere. Plus everywhere I want to go I’ve seen on this channel!

I (Adam writing) was going way too fast to avoid my own voice/thoughts that I made myself busy all the time. Stop, appreciate Mother Nature and be grateful for the things you do have. I was not doing that and now I am able to do just that.

That is what happens when our gym has been closed since October but we are enjoying this time away from the gym. We are going in a good direction but we take it day by day. I am forever grateful for Bernardo's support during the year of 2020. He is a beautiful man inside and out.

I too am a recovering alcoholic. People don't realize that we are always working our program. They just think we got better and it's all over. Love you guys, blessings to you.
Hey John, it was hard for my family understand that after rehab it is not over. All of my therapists ask me about the daily meetings, meditation, reading, journaling, etc. I have tried, AA, NA and Dharma, which program do you use? We can do this and take it one day at a time John.

Thank you. It took me a few months to acknowledge that I needed help since anxiety has been something since childhood. I'm not sure if you've seen all of our videos but once we were in Moncton, Canada, Bernardo and I knew something was far more than either of us could manage. I am so happy that I choose to go on a path that is more peaceful than the one I was on. Bernardo is a wonderful man for staying beside me even when things were rough.

They are so courageous to be so open about their lives both individually and as a couple. I’m about the same age and them and they remind me that problems in life arise and but it’s important to slow down and rely on the people that love you. Also, they have really inspired me to travel more. I can’t wait until lockdown is over so I can go anywhere and everywhere. Plus everywhere I want to go I’ve seen on this channel!
That is very kind of you, thank you for sharing this. Traveling will open your eyes to see that not everyone is the same, has the same beliefs, looks like you, etc. Yes, you are correct, slow down. I (Adam writing) was going way too fast to avoid my own voice/thoughts that I made myself busy all the time. Stop, appreciate Mother Nature and be grateful for the things you do have. I was not doing that and now I am able to do just that.

There are dog breeds which are non allergic. Here is a list: The breeds the AKC suggests for people with allergies include:
Afghan hound.
American hairless terrier.

Bichon frise.
Chinese crested.
Coton de tulear.

Irish water spaniel.
We have been looking at a few of those but we really wanted to adopt. When you adopt, normally they don't have pure bred dogs.

You both have put on weight, but it looks good on you. You seem happy as ever, but wiser somehow, as if having successfully negotiated a tough milestone. Goes to show what a true partnership can overcome.
That is what happens when our gym has been closed since October but we are enjoying this time away from the gym. We are going in a good direction but we take it day by day. I am forever grateful for Bernardo's support during the year of 2020. He is a beautiful man inside and out.

I went to Iceland a few years back and I LOVED it!! I would highly recommend it!! Also, Denmark and Sweden. Both wonderful places. I wanted to go to Norway, but couldn't make it. Next time!!
