One Of???? No No... "THE" BEST TRACK!!! 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶 TAKES Me back to the early days of my salvation!!!! And the movie Recreated it BEAUTIFULLY! I honestly thought they either digitally enhanced the original (this one) or had Twinkie replay it. But I hear from our discussion group that Donald Lawrence worked with a promomant musician and recording engineer to recreate the sound! Awesome!!!

They're killing these leads, but my favorite part is hearing that distinct Denise soprano & her tambourine!

@@courtneypoland9861 Denise was very much in the group at this time. This was recorded in the late 70's. Denise didn't depart from TCS until about mid 80's.

Twinkie is of course the Hammond B3 Queen, but honestly, her voice has such richness and range out of this world!

I wish they could go back to putting out live records like this instead of replacing the live recorded stuff with over produced studio overdubs. Just takes away the essence and spirit of the live recording. With this I actually feel like I’m there even though I wasn’t even born yet.

It was 4 part but Dorinda made a mistake on that first pad which makes it 4 part. They should’ve kept it like that honestly it sounds good.

The fact that Twinkie’s bottom has more projection that two sopranos singing at the sametime
Since she sitting at an organ the mic is kinda forced closer to her mouth. Also she just had alot of heaviness to her voices simalar to Karen at this time

@@ttdeity5869 yeah that’s true but 9/10 they didn’t have their mics in stands. When your sitting and a mic is in your face it’s much more audible.

Denise wasn’t singing the middle harmony at all she was only singing the top with Karen. Jacky and dorinda were singing the middle
