I would like to express my deepest sympathy to those affected by the devastating earthquake that occurred in Tibet Dhingri and Shigatse on January 7… My deepest condolences to those who have lost loved ones due to this tragedy.
I would also like to express my sincere respect to the many people who are providing emergency aid and rescue efforts on the ground.
