she is very pretty, I used to dislike her because of her voice, I didnt think it was enough to have a career in singing, but her voice is actually not that bad, it is esthetic to the ear, it doesnt matter if it.not strong or that she cant reach high not, she is good at her vocal range.
This is acoustic live concert and the music is better, we can hear her real voice...but in other concerts, she has to dance and sing, and the music is affected by the large stadium or people, etc.... So if u want to see her real voice, its here!

She sounds surprisingly good here compared to other live performances, and I think I know why. First off, it's a small crowd, so she is probably more relaxed and therefore sings better, secondly, she has two backup singers which help hide the imperfections in her voice, and thirdly, this was probably edited after the fact to sound better.
