A good friend of ours about 20 years ago held off buying a home waiting to find Mr. Right. Once she decided to buy a small home on her own, about a year later, Mr. Right did show up they have been married ever since. She sold the house in Illinois and they Moved to Iowa. No need to close to a life long relationship but sometimes , if that’s all your looking for you may either not be able to see it or you might chase it away. And some tiles you might be looking for the Ken on the wedding cake and realize a cute face may not be so cute if they cannot take care of you and a family. By the way you have a gorgeous pup.

How? How do you just biy a home and various vehicles to live in and travel without eorkinv. Gas is 4 to 6 a gallon. Gotta eat znd feed the dog, gotta fix the van, pay to visit certain places, tolls, etc. How do you do that? How do you make money to have this lofestyle. Id have to make 100k a year to do this. Plus whatever the house cost

Or maybe her art business is doing really well, and she's just been saving for a while. She was splitting rent when she lived with Morgan, and then just living in the van for almost half a year after that, so that probably helped her save, too.
That feeling when you get a house is amazing. I remember sitting down in the living room after I moved in and just sitting down on the couch and looking around, there is no other feeling similar to it.

Hi! As another person with a lung disease, I just want to mention, I can't hang out with burning candles because they put vaporized wax into the air, and also wood stoves and fireplaces, because of the air pollution or smoke from the flames. SO just a heads up to protect your lungs.

I identify with this so much. When I was looking for a house with some land and a couple houses on it for my husband, my parents and I, I looked at hundreds of houses and visited quite a few. This house showed up online one day and I felt like it would be perfect so i immediately sent it to my realtor who reached out and told me an offer had been put in on it already. So back to looking I went. 3 months later the same house popped up again so I reached back out, realtor said the previous offer hadnt gone through so it was available. I set up a time and my mom and I drove out to it, arriving about 20 mins before the realtor just to peek around. The moment I pulled in the driveway, I was overcome with emotion and started to cry a little. My mom was like what, whats wrong!? I said this is the one, I can just feel it. Like I was somehow reconnecting to a land I never knew I was attached to. It just spoke to me. Fast forward almost 4 years later and here I sit typing this out on the same property. When you know, you know. So glad you found your soul home!
I couldn't be happier for someone I don't really know. I know you from your channel and I feel like you are such a great chick. You can absolutely do this! I bought a house and a business all in one when I was 21 and had it paid for by the time I was 30. Of course, things were so much cheaper then. I'm 55 now and getting my van ready to start taking some trips to start my new business and have some fun while I'm at it! Who knows, maybe I'll start a RUclips channel. You know I fully appreciated the cinematic shots of potatoes/one of the main reasons I have written down for why life is worth living. HA. But for real...Stephi, I can't think of someone more deserving of a safe space to call your own. A place to grow, rest, and create beautiful things when inspired. I remember when I first fell in love with your channel and creations - I came to the sad inner conclusion that someday I was inevitably going to have to grieve you passing from CF as it progressed. But the story didn't end that way...Tricafta came along and gave you this gift of time and the chance to live a full life. So knowing all that history - watching you buy your first home and plan for a future you didn't think you had at one point has been an absolute honor as a viewer. My beautiful daughter in law Taymi just passed last month - she was married to my son for 10 years, together 13 years (first loves) - she left behind a little girl, my granddaughter, 8 years old. Taymi (nickname Tiny Dancer) brought so many gifts to us - we are still grieving and yet also thankful for her gifts given - so many. She made it to 33 years old. I bring this up about your sweatshirt because trying to explain to people what goes on inside a CF person's body is difficult to explain and the disease that hides inside one's body/lungs - our oh-so-needed lungs. Your house is absolutely great . I love the way that it is open and I love the way that you have decorated it . I find you to be an amazing woman, I love to hear you talk in general and then about your ideas and plans . You have such a great personality and are so talented . That was a beautiful painting of the dog and cat and that was very sweet of you to paint it for her as a thank you for her of helping you find the house . I can tell that you really love the house and Ollie seems to also, Ollie is a beautiful dog . I loved the part where you said you wrote them a really nice letter..I can only imagine what the homeowners thought, they were getting all these offers probably and then the realtor was like "here, this offer comes with a handwritten letter"..real estate is usually all about money and I'm sure they loved recieving a letter and knew they had to choose you.

I've been watching you for like 4 years now and to see you accomplish this right now when it seems impossible is so inspiring. I'll be 28 in a few weeks and after years of trying to build my life up with another person and having my sense of security ripped out from under me over and over, I just want my own place. I've lived on the road off and on since 2014 and lived in my van for 2 years til now. I have terrible credit, barely any money and no idea where to start to make my dream come true. Just renting a little apartment would help me tremendously but it seems so far away. I hope someday I'll know what it's like to feel what you're feeling right now. Keep working, saving, and pushing through and you'll get there...it won't happen overnight, it's a slow process, but in the end all your hard work and savings will be worth it. Yay!! Congrats! I just wanted to say that make sure your fireplace/ wood stove gets professionally cleaned because sometimes when they aren’t cleaned it will create carbon monoxide in the house which is deadly! So please have that checked before the winter

Sorry in advance for the book of a comment, but I have a lot to say! You know I fully appreciated the cinematic shots of potatoes/one of the main reasons I have written down for why life is worth living. HA. But for real...Stephi, I can't think of someone more deserving of a safe space to call your own. A place to grow, rest, and create beautiful things when inspired. I remember when I first fell in love with your channel and creations - I came to the sad inner conclusion that someday I was inevitably going to have to grieve you passing from CF as it progressed. But the story didn't end that way...Tricafta came along and gave you this gift of time and the chance to live a full life. So knowing all that history - watching you buy your first home and plan for a future you didn't think you had at one point has been an absolute honor as a viewer. It reminds me how precious being alive really is...and that there are many more good reasons to stay other than just potatoes, though those are enough.Thanks for sharing your journey with us.

I especially love the sweatshirt you wear that states "All disabilities are not visible." Very very true when it comes to CF. My beautiful daughter in law Taymi just passed last month - she was married to my son for 10 years, together 13 years (first loves) - she left behind a little girl, my granddaughter, 8 years old. Taymi (nickname Tiny Dancer) brought so many gifts to us - we are still grieving and yet also thankful for her gifts given - so many. She made it to 33 years old. I bring this up about your sweatshirt because trying to explain to people what goes on inside a CF person's body is difficult to explain and the disease that hides inside one's body/lungs - our oh-so-needed lungs. Your sweatshirt could also apply to other hidden disabilities like mental illness, etc., as well. I send you huge congrats, MUCH joy and happiness - you are an amazing person and artist, Stephi! Be well and enjoy that new home - super cozy and lovely it be - oh yah...love the new porch cuteness, too, btw! Soldier on, Soldier! :)

Your house is absolutely great . I love the way that it is open and I love the way that you have decorated it . I find you to be an amazing woman, I love to hear you talk in general and then about your ideas and plans . You have such a great personality and are so talented . That was a beautiful painting of the dog and cat and that was very sweet of you to paint it for her as a thank you for her of helping you find the house . I can tell that you really love the house and Ollie seems to also, Ollie is a beautiful dog . I think you are going to be really satisfied well pleased with the place, lots of room for Ollie to run and play and then you can have a nice garden . And it's just you, so you can do whatever that you want to the house and yard . I live by myself and am divorced and I have 4 🐕 dogs myself here on my big farm, they are all brothers and sisters, 2 girls and 2 boys, there was originally 3 girls and 3 boys, but 2 of them has died, they were born here on the farm on February 28 in 2015 . They are like my kids and are a big part of my everyday life here in Lawrence County, Kentucky . Wishing you "Best Wishes" for everything with the house and the yard, and getting a fence around it for Ollie . I loved the part where you said you wrote them a really nice letter..I can only imagine what the homeowners thought, they were getting all these offers probably and then the realtor was like "here, this offer comes with a handwritten letter"..real estate is usually all about money and I'm sure they loved recieving a letter and knew they had to choose you.

im very happy for you and olly.that was super nice to do that painting for your realtor.what state did you pick,the property looks really nice.nothing like a wood stove for heat.if you lose power you still have a warm house,and cook meals on the stove.it is important to have the pipes and or chimney cleaned.i dont think the service is to bad in price?worth it congrats on your house!

its awesome girl...home base is great to chill after that long journey..its also give you the option to truly do what you want...get rid of the feeling I have to stay in the van because I dont have a house...now you can stay in the house or van because you truly want it.
I've been watching you for like 4 years now and to see you accomplish this right now when it seems impossible is so inspiring. I'll be 28 in a few weeks and after years of trying to build my life up with another person and having my sense of security ripped out from under me over and over, I just want my own place. I've lived on the road off and on since 2014 and lived in my van for 2 years til now. I have terrible credit, barely any money and no idea where to start to make my dream come true. Just renting a little apartment would help me tremendously but it seems so far away. I hope someday I'll know what it's like to feel what you're feeling right now. You're a great person and deserve every great thing that happens to you. 🙏🙏
Don't give up!! You'll get there!! Dreams DO come true! Keep working, saving, and pushing through and you'll get there...it won't happen overnight, it's a slow process, but in the end all your hard work and savings will be worth it. When a door closes a window opens...wait for that window, and be prepared to jump through it..you can do it!

But As parent of 2 daughters I have watched your videos to see your progress.. when you were with Jason and he left you I sent you some doll hairs to help you out. She chose us over someone else who offered more & quicker than we could because we had to sell our other place. We are so at peace here & since we've never allowed drama, everyone likes spending time here too. Having something of your very own is huge & from what I've seen of you so far, things will only keep getting better. You've come so very far already.
