Sorry I've not tried to make it in a bundt pan so I can't say for sure. I imagine the bake time would be slightly less, I'd recommend keeping an eye on it and checking with a thin skewer or cocktail stick

I’m going to try making this cake for Christmas this year but can I use orange juice instead of alcohol and what quantity can I use please help
The same amount as the alcohol but it won't have as long a shelf life, maybe 1 week
Hope you don't mind me saying. I made one with lemons and oranges and it lasted months. Also I have made one with cold tea which also lasted months.

Yes but the cake will have a much shorter shelf life and you do not need to feed it

Yes you can use the same amount of flour if you want it nut free
I would've added brown sugar or a tin of condensed milk for the sweet component.
