That's not what the Windows Firewall is for. Maybe you're talking about an anti-virus software which I thought should detect it but [just tested with AntiVir] does not. If you simply want an anti-virus software not to detect a file, then you would be better off simply password protecting your archive [works with 7zip, too].

Problem here, first time I run it as administrator and instead of C:\User\User it appears C:\Windows\system 32, and in the end it doesn't finish well, second I run it normally (not as admin), andit gives :
