      It was about time. It was getting frustrating for a while. Spring is windy in Auckland so maybe we can now practice some proper windsurfing.

    Wish I had taken lessons on waterstarting like this! Smart move. I actually look forward to waterstarting when it is really windy now! Takes awhile to get it but once you do, you got it for good.

      It's all practice now. I spent half of my session doing them, some not so well. The more you do something the better you get.

    Much easier if you just put the back foot on in centre of the board, midway between the front and back straps, having thrown the rig up to get power.

      I know what you are saying. I can see it in the videos now. It's not so obvious when you are actually doing it. That's the good thing about recording everything.
