This man might not be as competent as we would all want,but atleast he is honest and a peaceful man. He is a soldier not a diplomat,hence others who are more educated and competent look down on him and want to oust him by force. All the South Sudanese leaders need to be humble and follow the due process to get positions not force.
Am sure as a professional businessman (if that’s your specialty ), you would have learned that risk taking is part of businesses and also part of our daily lives. things we achieved or are working on achieving must involve risks knowingly or unknowingly. You can invest in most states of South Sudan (particularly the capital Juba), but there are few states other than Juba that have constant isolated cases of insecurity.

Very humbling experience. I wish that all stable African countries including Kenya, South Africa, Ghana and some North African countries would contribute grants of atleast 100 million USD per year per country to south Sudan on 50:50 basis of direct finance and key infrastructure respectively of roads, Healthcare and Agrri business support. With such assistance, we can marshal atleast 50 more development partners from Europe, North America and Asia for such similar grants for at least 25 years. This would help fastrack the quality of life by attracting huge investments from the private sector that would accerelate her growth to the 21st century like it did in South East Asia in the 20th century. He join the first anyanya war the first Sudanese war in 1967 at the age of 16 and quickly became first lieutenant by that time they fight with traditional weapons and sticks when they run out of weapon/amo and he had one of the most successful division,thunderbolt and he helped found the libration army and operation thunderbolt were the one that concluded the 20 year war leading to independence of South Sudan also he is spla one of the most loyal and devoted freedom fighters his contribution and dedication were so great that he was called garang number 2
