kr neuvi is excellent, like all kr voices tbh :3 if you like neuvi you might also like althaitham and zhongli kr (both around the same deep range of voice than Neuvillette)
The english one is a total meme, is so funny 😂 I thought it was fake, when I saw it was really in his voice lines I got really surprised. Korean and japanese is cute, the chinese version is too composed, I wish it was more funny.

Also, Hiroshi did a very good job changing his voice according to Neuvillettes mood. Have you listened to his voice in your teapot? Or did you notice the „pain“ in his voice during his SQ (when everything went black and white and we learned about his past). Loved it!
People can have their own opinions - it's okay to like any of the versions, and they're all good in their own way! But I have to agree, I think the JP one sounds really typical, nothing special.

it's very rare for voices to sound better in the english dub, I used to play in JP, sometimes CN I changed to english after a lot of the characters just got better in English. Although outside of Nahida, English just CANNOT do the loli voices, they are all irritating or sound like a voice imitating a voice if that makes sense. For this specific line: English>Korean>CN=JP
Diona’s EN voice is honestly my favorite for her. It’s so full of personality, isn’t loud or annoying, just perfect. I’ve seen people who hate Diona praise her English VA.
Even though I only play JP version, because they have most of the good voices IMO, I must say there are some great EN voices. Neuvilette is one of them EN voices I like. Mona as well.
I think the laugh and how they excuses are better in JP... but yeah, Kamiyan feel too young for him... his Voice is better for character like Cyno for example...

Whenever I see people criticize JP Voice for not looking good because of his high voice, I am glad that I am Japanese. This is because the height of my voice does not negate my performance. Only Japanese people can understand that this JP voice contains a sense of mockery that cannot be hidden.
I think that's why it's important to love all languages that is put out. I certainly can't tell the difference between Chinese voices with the characters cause they all sound the same to me, but I'm not Chinese nor do I understand it, but they do. Same with Japanese. Even though I've watched a ton of anime in sub, I still can't understand everything. I try to stick to English as much as possible cause I can grasp what VAs are trying to do better, but I still appreciate the fact that there's multiple languages. It's really interesting to know that there's mockery in Neuv's JP voice, that's something I certainly wouldn't have caught.
