sunscreen, pen, a fidget cube, (avenger) playing cards (used to be OUAT), 2 kinds of lip balm, a retractable hairbrush +mirror, earbuds
in my big pocket:
keys (with pepperspray attached), sunglasses, wallet, pill box (with ibuprofen, decongestant, etc), reusable bag, facial mist, mints, mini first aid kit, and a full charging station (includes all things for android and iphones)

I dont have the “jewelry problem” and I don’t even carry a purse. I would like to but I have “high medical needs” and a service dog so I carry a backpack from llbean that has a lot of needed medication in it, things my service dog needs, emergency medical supplies, a few snacks and a lot of the basics you mentioned thrown in there too. Not the most fashionable (at least the backpack appears brand new) but very functional for my lifestyle right now.

Also, It Doesn't Really Have Much Of A Taste So You won't Want To Lick It Off. I Always Like Liking Lip Balms Or Coconut Oil If It Taste Good. You Can Also Use Butter, But It Really Tastes Good.
