Like what if you killed a person out of self defense but they still punish you with imprisonment. Like how unfair is that. Not even a day in prison shud they be punished bc they killed out of accident/self defense

@@leonardolim8976 Yup, in the end the lady will probably not being charged for accidental killing since what she did is not the only cause for her daughter's lung swelling. It does depend. Several years ago in Hong Kong, there's a case where the daughter suffered from violence of her parents and died due to severe induries. The parents might not managed or expected to beat her to death, yet they were charged not accidental killing but murder, and the lawyer in charged claimed that any child abuse to death=murder.

To be honest I don't think accidental killing shud be held accountable and they shud not be imprisoned. Cuz no one knew it would happen
However, the lady probably should be charged with child abuse. No matter what, parents should not treat their kids like that.
