The first one came our great and the second, not so great because the recipe said corn flour so I was wondering if he meant corn starch and wasn't thinking it was corn meal because he specifically said that in the first recipe. So I added cornstarch and it came out hard and only after I realized he probably meant corn meal again. So next time I'll do it with corn meal.
