I’ve consumed everything I can find by Brent Cobb and I love his music. He’s such a great songwriter and I hope I’m lucky enough to see him live some day but I’m always reminded how shallow and slow I am with his speak and song. Great artist, great post!

There is just nothing else Brent should be doing. His talent at songwriting and performing continues to blow me away. Natural. That's the word that comes to mind when I'm asked to describe his style.
Elliott Smith, Chris Knight, Leadbelly, John Moreland, and this fellow right here are my biggest influences.

He's a great songwriter and singer but I also love his guitar playing. It suits his style of music. I saw him open for Chris Stapleton a couple years ago and he and his band killed it!!
That's how I found him too. Can't get enough of him ever since.
