Loved this CEC. I grew up going here and then my young kids fell in love with the new CEC. We watch the RUclips channel for the cool music. Wish they had just refreshed the place.
My friend Tara from Florida worked there as a server in the summer of 1987. I’d go shopping at Bradlee’s and afterwards, I’d get treated to the hookup lunch!
Due to redevelopments happening in that area, they forced Chuck E. Cheese out on November 17th, 2019. Plans were to relocate in 2020 to the old Babies "R" Us but were canceled due to Covid-19. A new store is now being built in a former pet store next to the Babies "R" Us which is planned to open this spring!
Wow! I can't begin to believe it. No wonder the property is now a storage space facility. I used to go to CEC way back throughout the 1990s and early 2000s for some mad-good pizza and the arcades. And they closed it up three years ago (Thank God it wasn't during the pandemic). I wonder what happened.

RIP and also there was footage from back in 1997 or maybe 1996 of them performing live shows.

It closed due to the property being redeveloped. Originally the store was ment to move but due to various reasons that relocation never happened.
