Hello Frankie! I will wait your full review about it. :) I am a big Honor fan, but after the Honor 20 Pro, which i still own and love ( i bought it in August 2019, so it's time for me to change my phone this year.) there wasn't any Honor phone i would buy to switch my Honor 20 Pro, especially specwise. Honestly for me this Honor 50 series is a big let down, i was hyped for their comeback, and yes i still cheer for them. The fast charge is great to have, 120 Hz OLED display also cool and the GMS is back so it's good ( I'm from Hungary, so for me it's a must to have.), but the specs aren't that good imo, at least for the 50 Pro they should have put in much better processor/bigger battery/better cameras ( I mean 108 MP main, ok, but nothing special, no telephoto with optical zoom, also no IOS, only 8 MP ultrawide, macro 2 MP just why....Seems they went backwards... :/ ) . The competition is very strong, others will beat this specwise, though pricing might be okay. I'll guess i have to wait for the upcoming Honor Magic 3 this August with the rumored Snapdragon 888+ and such. Also i read about it, that it will be a true flagship for Honor this year. I hope so, we'll see. Keep up the good work mate! :)

That's great news! They knew what they were doing by selling Honor and hopefully Honor will launch their devices globally with GMS. At least i hope that's the case because in my region Xiaomi has monopoly in the low-mid price range and we need more variery. However, I'm curious what UI they'll be using on their devices. Are they keeping EMUI? Maybe HarmonyOs with google apps? Hmm...
@@royal8574 the EU ROM has some more features than the global one and is usually a bit more up-to-date. The Global always takes a few weeks longer for updates. Personally, I use the EU ROM and would only switch to the Global if I had any problems. but all LTE /, 5G bands and Widevine L1 can both Roms.
It is 108MP HM2 but using Snapdragon 778, I am pretty skeptical with the Camera Performance like Redmi Note 9Pro 5G and Redmi Note 10Pro. The device is perfect other than the camera. 108+8+2+2MP setup. It is pretty low.

I still don't like the pill shape cutout. For some reason the S10+ actually has to me the most reasonable pill shape cutout I've seen. But most Chinese smartphones pill shape cutout seems unpolished and I don't know why. Otherwise can't wait for these to reach Malaysian shores.
There is an option with single punch hole as well. Anyone really into selfies could choose the pill version and anyone not into selfies could just get the regular 50 which is basically the same phone with a single punch hole selfie cam
@@eoin4597 No excuse. If you are precisely into selfie then you have to get this one. Well, at least I'm sure it can be hidden which is what I would do. I'd rather have the black bezel at the top than this horrible pill shaped cutout.

Buy CN and just flash Xiaomi EU ROM 12.5.7 if you from EU. China Rom does have some bloat and no Google Feed page in Launcher integrated.
