Mount Revelstoke and the Meadows in the Sky Parkway 2013

What a fantastic, easy hike Mount Revelstoke was. We stayed in a beautiful log cabin at Glacier House Resort, which allowed us to get to the base of the mountain in good time. The drive up the mountain has 16 switch backs with several lookouts over the valley floor. Nearing the top is a parking lot where the shuttle bus will pick you up and take you another kilometer to the beginning of the hike. This hike reminded me of one we did at Manning Park. The flower show is fantastic. We'll be back God willing.
