Gonna say I watched a PS3 gameplay segment recently myself, and this version does look more detailed. the landscape seems to have more flora on the ground, and seems to have a more organic look. Also the skin tones look more natural too. I am looking forward to getting this game now for sure.
This game has prolly been one of the most emotional games I have ever played. The minute you start playing you get attached to it and actually start caring for the characters as you dig in. Like in this scene when I was playing I was shocked on how in depth they went and overall as I kept playing. I'm not sure if I sound weird with the emotional part but I'm sure you get the point. Overall this game is one of those that no matter how many times you beat it you just don't get enough of it. It's flawless!

I recently played this game, being new to the PS3. For me, one of the best video games ever. Excellent voices, sound effects, perfect difficulty balance. Totally immersive and amazing experience.
I haven't even played this and can still appreciate how good a game it is. I remember sitting through the 9 - 10 hours gameplay video and not getting bored once.
The last of us is truly a masterpiece, both on ps3 and ps4. As long as you get to experience this amazing story It doesn't matter what system its on but it is a step up on the ps4.
The graphics of this game on PS4 is beautiful. It is one of the best I've seen including games I've played on pc at ultra settings. I played this on the PS3 when it was released but playing this on the PS4 is on another level.
watched more of this gameplay - game gave me the goosebumps several times -- thats a sign for me that it is amazing. period.
scariest thing about this game is the Cordyceps fungi that's in it actually exist, but not the way this game is showing, it only effects Arthropods and insects and in some known cases there has been Reptiles found at the moment, all it needs is a slight change in it's genes to effect mammals, but that would take years of evolution, but it's possible as the Fungi is very adaptable

Whoever made this game has a serious talent for horror. no game has givin me chills like this one, and I havent even played it yet. I bought the game and I watching this video to see what I in for and this gives me serious chills. whoever made this really knows how to build up tension and make an actual horror atmosphere. most games try too hard or too little. this is perfect.
Other than improved anti-aliasing. The game looks just as good on PS3 as far as I can tell here on RUclips.

It's a nice touch to make the house look human.
Whenever I play TLOU it always bugs me when Joel's carrying Sarah and she says "Those people are on fire" before they are actually visible on fire..

*I've noticed that most of the times I don't see a difference when graphics has been improved, it's because the first time around I already thought they were great (at the time, of course) and it's the same with GTA 5 when that first came out. The visual quality was incredible... until I saw the PS4 reveal, and only then did I notice how slightly shit it looked. Just by going to some HD let's play footage on RUclips (with all it's shitty compression) you can still see the a very noticeable difference. Only after something is fixed do we look back and think "Ouch, did it really look like that originally?"*

I bought it 4 time, I played on both ps3 and ps4, I played almost 10 times and still watching this video. If you play this game for once you never like other games. This is masterpiece, Everyone has to play before die.

I'm disappointed but then again, I don't own a PS4 yet and I have the game for the PS3. The word "Remaster" is quite misleading, as this version of the game is nothing but a port. I'll stick with the PS3 version.
What most people fail to understand is that from a video about a game is not the same as a game with the console. I played with the PS3 version at my friends place and now I owe the PS4 one. The difference is quite huge. Of course you won't see a difference in a youtube version. And you guys have any idea how mcuh the resolution and the FPS counts in a game? It's a huge improvement not to mention that most of the textures has been reworked. The remaster version is a real next gen game trust me on this. If you don't believe me try the trial version and you'll see the difference. Don't judge by shitty youtube videos. The only thing I really miss is the 3D option tho. I know the PS3 version didn't have it either but it could have been add a whole new experience with the game.

compared this video to older ones and brought up same textures and gameplay moments on both screens and you can clearly see a difference. Naughty dog put some times into this for sure. I mean its not the best PS4 has to offer or will have to offer in the future but its a pretty good remake in my opinion and just gives the already amazing story and gameplay some eye candy moments to go along with it. Joel looks less blurry here, you can see all details on his shirt. There was a ton of blur on the PS3 version, which this one traded for very good looking textures.

When you play a couple of the old youtube gameplay clips of The Last Of Us last year you will see the big difference. Less edges, more dynamic lighting and shadows. The game actually looks a little more creepy on the night scenes. BIG BIG Difference. Looking forward to it!!
