    My guess is that, similarly to physics, there exists no absolute scenario, similar to not existing an absolute reference frame.
    At any moment, we have a finite number of experiences, and there are infinite possibilities that are consistent with those experiences, just like a brain in a vat or perhaps we are but a butterfly dreaming.
    We use our experiences to create models of the world, they are probably not right, but are useful enough.
    The question of "is our scenario correct our are we in a skeptical scenario?" Is equivalent to "is our internal mental model of reality correct or is it incorrect?".
    I would say we probably already got an incorrect model, there is probably much more to reality than particles and spacetime, our model is just an useful model that evolution came up with, I guess other animals have other models of reality.

      You might be interested in Thomas Nagel's work, for instance The Last Word, in which he tries to to some extent challenge the kind of reasoning you employ here. It's a good read and might be stimulating!
