Sick opening day conditions! Good decision not going into closed terrain this time. Getting stuck off Ikon pass as well as Epic/Vail would have limited your winter. Looks so nice and sunny.

What goggles would you recommend to buy?:
-Fotochromatic goggles
-Goggles with option to change lens from S1 to S3
I would go for the s1 to s3 route. I’d be worried the photochromatic would change enough for the light conditions.
do you know if with an ikon pass you also get access to alpine as well as palisades?

Just save your money for a season pass and gear. It’s not really that expensive.
