If someone says something you think is "racist" just talk to them about it. Don't be condescending or arrogant, but just ask them why they think that, and explain to them why you think it's wrong. The likelihood is, they don't actually hate people of another race, it's just that they've had negative experiences or heard negative things about said group. If you dismiss or mock them, then its likely the issue will only get worse... civil and respectful dialogue is the only reliable way to change someone's mind, and that doesn't only apply to race issues.
I found out one of my friends was racist, once. It was easier to handle than expected, pretty much just made it clear in a polite way that I didn't feel the same way and that I wasn't okay with it but that I still respected him as a friend and we pretty much just came to an understanding on that and moved on. If we were closer friends then it might be worth having a more serious discussion, but otherwise people aren't usually going to want you to try to engage further.
For everyone commenting about how Smith sounds different. I thinks it's because he's being positive in this video, rather than his usual cynical self. Either way, I'm just happy to have a Hat Films video to watch!
About tall people... I'm 177 cm tall (~5'10) which is slightly above average for male height in my country (men average is 174cm ~5'8). So I'm not tall, I'm just a wee bit above average. But my wife is also 5'10, and that's really tall for women here (women average to 5'3). So I agree with Smith. Tall people are attractive.
