What I don't understand is that terraces are safe if you don't overcrowd them

shocked to see that my own club Ipswich Town wont do it due to money. i stand in the North Stand lower and havent been asked to sit down, the atmosphere we generate at some games doesnt want the average fan to sit down, especially not myself
