That makes more sense. In that case, just submit the KYC application, which will then eventually fail, and then file an appeal that should allow you to clarify the name change.

Right now you have to wait until you turn 18 BUT the core team should also release a way to pass KYC with parental consent at some point, so just wait and if that is released before you turn 18 then that's the way to go.

If it's an ID issued by the government, like a passport or, depending on the country, a driving license, no problem. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait until you are back home and have access to your ID again.

Supply shouldn't be an issue for a while because 80% of coins roughly are locked up and the rest of the available supply also just increases slowly.

No, you must do this in the Pi Browser app on your phone. There, just press "KYC" on the home screen or enter kyc.pinet.com in the address bar manually.

No, there will be a 6-month limit in the future, but right now there is no limit. You anyway have to use the app at least 30 days to be able to submit your KYC request.

If the KYC app in the Pi Browser says that you passed, then your profile and the mainnet checklist in the Pi Network app will eventually also reflect that. You just have to be patient. If you didn't pass, or if there is some issue, you'll also be able to see that clearly in the app.

They are already transferring coins to those that passed KYC. We just have to wait for them to start the next migration process to receive the coins we earned since then + for the process to start to receive coins earned from referrals that passed KYC.

First, there is no deadline right now to pass KYC. That said, you'll have to get an official ID. As for the number verification, you'll have to ask your phone provider why your message isn't being delivered.
Name changes are only available for the first 14 days to allow users to make sure their names are correctly set. Not sure what you can do now. Best ask at reddit.com/r/PiNetwork?

my kyc was not going thru for months. i did it over a few weeks ago and was validated in one day. my coins migrated a few days later.

That varies, anywhere from a few hours to a couple of months. You can always see your KYC status in your profile.
What If You Are Abroad And You Do Not Have Your Mother Country ID With You But You Have ID Of Where You Are. I mean abroad.

Pls @christainRauchenwald could you make a video showing how to rectify issues on the pi browser.....issues like trying to open your kyc on the pi browser, but all you get for hours is a loading spinner

Just download the Pi Browser app and press "KYC" there.

KYC costs exactly 1 Pi which is then distributed to the people that are involved in the KYC process.

When are they begin transferring pu coin to wallet
They are already transferring coins to those that passed KYC. We just have to wait for them to start the next migration process to receive the coins we earned since then + for the process to start to receive coins earned from referrals that passed KYC.

Sadly, nothing you can do but wait until it either gets approved or declined and you can try again.

First, there is no deadline right now to pass KYC.
That said, you'll have to get an official ID.
As for the number verification, you'll have to ask your phone provider why your message isn't being delivered.

Name changes are only available for the first 14 days to allow users to make sure their names are correctly set.

There is no fixed timeframe, just try opening KYC.pi/? in the Pi Browser app once per week until you get a slot.

You can't. You just have to wait for the verification to fail and then submit your application again with the right data.

You can't. You have to wait for your application to either pass or fail before you'll be able to resubmit the application.

Yeah, it varies a lot on where you are, but in the end I'm sure that all legitimate users will get verified.

There are no special requirements for the phone except that it should have a camera.

Anywhere from 15 minutes to multiple months. It depends on a lot of different factors.

Just be patient and check every couple of days again. Eventually you'll also receive a slot to submit your KYC data.

Likely not, but once you got the notification you should be able to just select "KYC.pi" in the Pi Browser app.
What document number do I use with driving licence? In the uk
Don't know since I'm not in the UK but I'm sure there is a also a document ID/serial number on your driving license.
