Unsure if it would be fun for you or entertaining for your audience, but potential run idea: make every decision be the worst option. I.e. pick the sign you wouldn't use, pick the god combos you wouldn't use (this one was close to that haha), pick the worst/lowest rarity option offered from the gods, if the shrines have options, pick the one that you shouldn't choose. Essentially playing how you're "not supposed to."
I'm pretty sure the reason Justice says that Summer and Lei Gong are impulsive and often lead to Death is because she is politely saying they are idiots that are ruled by their emotions and less by their thinking. Lei Gong never slows down (he mentions how he barely interacts with time because he's never really in one place long enough to hang out) so I imagine him as super ADHD on drugs and Summer is hot. I did a no attack run recently with Summer , Krom and Winter. And at the end of the day, Blades did twice as much damage as Blight. And Meteor shower with Combust and Incineration together were on par with Bligth. So MS is not completely useless, but mostly just an autoigniter for Combust and incineraation.
Know this is late, as I've been going through a lot of your vids for playthrough attempts (all fun btw). With Skadi, high Luck + Flare = Walking Death, attacking only when absolutely necessary. Toss in Incinerate and Combust and you become Walking Napalm Death, especially if you gain Mort's Malady. Add Krom's Dash and rupture attacks, also spreadable, and Skadi is pretty much untouchable.
Two points. First: Would a spelless (i.e. all damage comes from primary attack) run be doable or even possible? Second: Summer really is best girl. Whoever did the character designs was really on fire with her.
It would be cool if lightning orbs had a shock debuff as it seems to function mostly like Meteor and blight. The main idea on those abilities being inflicting status effects

Lightning Orb would have out dpsed everything except flare in this run. Don't sleep on it. It's better than blades and much better than meteor+blight. Leigong also comes with spell speed buff to increase its potency in a multiplicative way with projectile count & spell damage. Its single target is legit and it's very easy to get rolling independent of gear/build. The nice thing is you can usually go CL+LO if you have leigong. It's part of why he's a much better god than summer/winter/krom, and having move speed (strong defense+offense) & an excellent scaling synergy (spell speed) doesn't hurt either. ps I get it's easy to sleep on it because this meta/patch the degenerate things are luck & time's attack speed boost which both massively benefit CL. Still, LO, especially at master, does respectable dps. It will match CL in runs like this.
Lightning Orb is in a weird place. You are right about it being slept on, as it is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Meteor and Blight. The problem with it over CL is that CL is much better on bosses, while also being good on trash. That said, normally I will always take a Master Lightning Orb, but I do have it behind Bolt and CL.
@@gamingwithjeff I need to pick Bolt more. Definitely agree that CL is the standout pick. I like Orb on bosses, but that judgment might be clouded by Mayhem providing 400%-1000% spell damage.
Yes, but you cannot own more than one at once, so if you would have to sell what you have to try and find it again. I Suspect there will be a way to un soulbind in the next update but I have no confirmation of that.

Meteor & Blight seem like they're more about applying burning, frost at range so spells like combustion, incinerate can proc on mobs at range.

Not sure Skadi is an elf, however pretty sure of the female gender. In mythology she's considered goddess of the hunt and mountains
