It's hard for me to provide specific guidance without more context, but if you're trying to upload a large file, you might want to look into using multipart forms. This should be compatible with R2 docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/mpuoverview.html
It's always an amazing and insightful video when you make an explainer. I am glad to be seeing videos from your channel again. Awesome stuff!
Thank you Opeyemi! I greatly appreciate it !
Wasabi is much cheaper. Contabo S3 is also cheaper.
Thanks 🙏 I’ll have a look and maybe do a follow up!
Wasabi has a limit to egress equal to your total storage volume though.
@@simplytom1213 True but are you really transferring TBs per month?
Storadera and B2 are other options to consider.
contabo S3 is like 3€ for 250gb storage no extra cost
So is this mostly for images?
Images can work but really it can store any static asset
Yo!!! This is crazy!! 🙌🙌🙌
Thank you Toby!
@@guibibeau My pleasure, Gui!

Doesn't Wasabi give the same service and on top of that there is no API cost for wasabi which we have on R2
I haven’t looked into it yet but it could be a cool video to compare both !
But they do have egress fees after you download 100% of the size of data stored in your bucket.
Crazy
I had fun with it!
