Hey Froggy! I did some research on how to help grasp the prizes easier, and I found something that said if you hit the button again when you want it to grasp the prize it should work! I would recommend trying this method :)

I remember suggesting this a while ago and I was picturing those tiny little toy ones on Amazon for like $50 that probably break after a few uses but our girl got a legit claw machine and I'm so here for it! ❤😂
As Peppers cattorney I can clear would like to point out how not only are the squish minis the same size as a cat toy, but also how vibration the colors are. All most may i say too similar. Even our pup brethren also display hamburgers 🍔as said toys. So my defendant would like to compromise for a lesser sentence by suggesting tiny mini cat toys be bought for him and also Peach but....mainly him.

RAVEn it doesn’t work with the squishville because they are a little too small and it opens a bit more when it’s taking the squishville to the dropper thingy so that’s why it keeps dropping

Set up the F2 and F3 at the highest too! Thats the strength going up and the strength moving sideways. The setting that moves it sideways must be low, which is why it keeps dropping it once it starts moving towards the chute. It might be a little different on this machine, but I work for a claw machine company and thats how they set theirs up!
