    Great job. like that you cleaned the excess slag makes it not only look better but also more user friendly. Nice color . all ours around here are red. Made by ridged.

    My dude thanks for the video, it was good to see this high-quality beauty brought back to life
    1.why did you decide to use the old pin? It's easily replaceable and a solid one would affect the durability positively
    2.why did you cold blue the entire surface, including the teeth and the moving parts? It's going to be worn off after just a few weeks of usage
    3.bro you might need to check on your bench grinder's shaft and bearings. It's not normal that it vibrates like crazy

      1 - I use to try restore all the parts, so that's the reason.
      2 - I could leave It just with brushed finish but with time it will get rust, so I decide to do cold bluing, It don't affect the hardness treatment on the teeths of the Tool.
      3 - The bench Grinder is working ok, the problem here is the nut that holds the mandrel, It is not very straigth hehe'
      Thanks for Watching! ❤️

    Qual o produto que você passa no metal com pincel pra ele ficar escuro?

    • @WorkshopDC
      @WorkshopDC  2 года назад +2

      O produto não tem um nome específico, mas vc pode pesquisar "líquido para oxidação negra" que encontra ele no Google.

    Nice work cleaning the tool, but if you're going to paint that wrench glossy blue then the underlying metal needs to be restored to a higher quality. If you want to honestly restore it as a tool, focus on the functionality and forget the paint.
