- These are some files you will see no-where else.... this is the kind of stuff we usually edit out of our videos but I thought it was cute enough for you guys to get a sort of behind-the-scenes glimpse of what farm life is really about BEFORE the editing.

I love this whole family. I love you Lester. You are the greatest. I say this with love but when you got so upset that Facebook would not like the peeing incident it broke my heart to hear you use my Lords name in vain.
I find it so disgusting when I see some pretty bad stuff on youtube but they block and ban normal animal behavior? Does that mean we're going to deprive children of learning nature now? Goodness gracious anyway. I get so sick of all this cancel culture crap!
Those stalls have been the best thing you could ever add to your pfarm. They've been great for many different situations.

@@susanwest8239 they had to get her home honey. She was pretty injured and would not have been able to walk home. Santiana took her to a pretty snake infested area as well to have her. Highly dangerous for all concerned. They had to get Momma and baby home ASAP!! I love LE dearly but he just doesn’t have the courage he should have for a boy being groomed to take over the Sanctuary. LE is a kind, loving, gentle man with a big heart. I am using the word courage when discussing LE’s personality and I don’t really think that is a fair assessment of him. Gentle heart with a big soul. He doesn’t want to.hurt any of the animals entrusted in his care - so he backs off a bit instead of running the risk of hurting any of the Sanctuary animals. Thank God for Jake and his courage - he was the real Hero in this drama. LE could learn a few things from him that is not taking seed from his father. His fathers fears could also be holding LE back. Living on the kind of land they live on including the pond and some pretty nasty swamp like areas, Lester and LE should invest in some knee high protective snake boots. To at least give them some piece of mind and alleviate some of the fears they have about the nasty, scary, things that visits and hide in these marshy areas that one can’t see and can jump out at you any time when visiting these types of areas. It should start taking some of the fear out of LE, little by little. Shoot, LE was even afraid of Docile, loving Moo there for a bit. Cracked me up. He has helped to feed Moo for years now. LE grew up with most of these animals. I notice this about LE when he’s away from the Sanctuary for longe periods. His fear seems to return. Heck Jake loves it. He wants to get to know, hug and pet all of the animals. He would make a great Sanctury work partner for Lester and Jami. And this by no means is a dig at LE. He has his own kind of courage. However, I would bet if Jake had been working there as a true regular part of the Sanctuary - he would even be buddies and playmates with Tex!!! Scratching between his longhorns and petting him at will. Tex seems to want that out of Lester at times, to be his friend and to be loved on, of course I could be wrong. Tex even approaches Lester sometimes in a kind, soft manner. It’s hard to trust an animal with horns that long though. It seems Jake has no fear and will try anything with anything with the animals to get to know them better. He really wants to be their friend. Maybe when LE is out of school he will have less fear of them. He loves the birds, the chickens, ducks, all varieties of each. Jake loves the big critters and wants to know all about each of them. Have them all as friends. Which on a farm is something to aspire to.

Uncle Dan had found Pawpaw's calf and it was a Miracle. It was by the Grace of God this injuried calf was found by Jake. Yes, Gracie is a wonderful name.
Gracie is a good name but if keeping with the sisters, one named Pearl and this little girl could be Opal. 😊

I was holding my breath while you were trying to get mama and baby Gracie into the stall. You're going to have a new relationship with Santianna, after all this.
I’m so happy for Santianna that she’s still going to be able to take care of Grace. She’s such a good mama. The whole family coming together to help Grace is beautiful to see. She’s one lucky little girl.
You guys are doing great. Santiana knows you’re only helping her baby. She’s actually accepting your help with Grace. What a perfect name. Nurse/Vet Jami to the rescue.
This beautiful calf has a broken toenail that Jami will lovingly take care of. She’s beautiful. Santianna does great in the stall. What a great Momma she is.

Such a precious, priceless addition to the Sanctuary! Santiana is a wonderful Mom. I believe she wants everyone to remember that is her precious baby - it is ok that Jami and Lester help her baby but it is indeed HER baby. Santiana is very protective and aware her baby girl is receiving much needed medical assistance. Jami and Lester earned that trust and respect. Santiana's trust is such an honor, a trust that was definitely hard-earned.

That baby is lucky to be found before she started to go downhill. You can see how much Pearl has grown now she has a little sibling. Santianna is one fiesty Mother and a good Mother too.

LE was with Jake when they found the calf - Jake went and got the baby and carried it out while LE filmed it - team work - think Jake was game carrying the calf away from Santianna- she could have charged at him - thankfully that didn't happen 👍🏿

PawPaw’s knowledge and experience is incredible. He has passed that to all his children. I love Grace’s name. I’m so happy Santana didn’t put up a fight when Jake found them & brought Grace up to the pasture. She didn’t attack him. She knew he was there to help. She wasn’t going to leave Grace’s side to get Lester & Jami’s attention. I think she knew they would come looking for them. IMO

I can only imagine how hard it is on Santiana being separated from her baby, but foremost little graces wound has got to heal to prevent infection or something more serious. I really love the name Grace. I also love these unedited/unscripted videos because it gives a better glimpse into real farm life. This is not a tv show with actors. These are real animals that we care a lot about and are happy for the all the updates you can give us. Hoping Grace is healing well and living a happy life.

There are so many levels to this ! She is a beautiful baby ! So glad she is a heifer. Praying she heals quickly and is out with her momma and daddy soon. So sweet how moo wanted to protect her. It was like she was trying to feed off of Mama again and she sure had her eye on that new sister of hers. I know it's all new to her so she has to check everything out. It’s just so wonderful that this little one and Santana are allowing you to care for her. I know Santana knows you’re trying to help her baby. And the babies enjoying all the love. I had an infected big toenail and I had to have the doctor remove it. He wrapped it up just like you wrapped up little Gracie’s foot. The toenail will grow back it will just take a long time. And I think because of the time you’re going to be spending with her, bottlefeeding and caring for her wound, will make sure she is going to be the gentlest and sweetest of Longhorns there has ever been. Lester you just may have that longhorn that comes to you when you call her

Oh boy, Baby goats, baby calf and feathers, its a good thing the baby pig thinks he is a big boy and doesn't need much attention, you have your hands so full right now. I appreciate your updates on the new baby, I'm sure the baby will be OK as long as mom can continue to feed her. Love the name Grace by the way. With everything going on there was Tex, waiting for dinner too, good thing he is patient. Those stalls have been the best thing for the farm. They have housed horses and goats and pigs and all the feathers, and the alpacas for a short while.
