"Draw Near, Hold Fast, Stir Up" Hebrews

What would it look like if we prayed "Lord, do anything in me you need to do in order to do everything through me you want to do"? We need to approach God with more confident boldness, but we don't always know how. This week, Dr. David L. Allen guides us through Hebrews 10:19-25 as we discuss this very topic.

How to press on to spiritual maturity.
1) Draw near to God. (Continually, regularly). -- you and God.
i) With a sincere heart
ii) In full assurance of faith
iii) Having had our heart sprinkled clean [internally cleansed]
iv) Our bodies washed with pure water [outwardly clean]
2) Hold fast the confession of our hope. (Without wavering, for He who promised is faithful). -- yourself
3) Stimulate one another to love and good deeds. -- you and others.
