There is not a lot of information about these crabs available so in this video I share everything I know about these interesting creatures, including research and experience. I hope you enjoy this video and thank you for watching 🤙

I would love a update on Eugene. I'm thinking about getting one at some point
Nice addition to the tank! I wouldn’t mind adding one with my blue and orange crayfish
Thanks, that would be a cool combo
yeah i would worry about the slider attacking the crab
The turtle is very slow so I don't think he could have caught him, but the turtles in the pond now anyway.
Great vid Darius. I like this new top ten format ur bringing back !
Thank you!

Thanks, they definitely are interesting
Eugene is a helluva crab. He once saved me from a car wreck I was involved in. I owe him my life. 😂
What a crab
That turtle is gonna eat him
The turtle is in the pond now
What happened? Why did you put him in the pond now?
@@Princeton58 He kept escaping the tank so I figured its time to give him more space

Awesome content, been subscribed. Was wondering, when you get a chance can you please make a 40 gallon fish ideas vid like the other size tanks you did?
Thanks, it'll take some time...but I'll work on it
Nice
Thanks!
Great video, interesting creature to add to an existing aquarium.
Thank you
Great video, also what camera did you film this with? Looks crisp
Thanks, I usa a Sony a7iii
Eugene might be a Eugenia.
Eugene might also be turtle food.
The turtle is in my pond now, but I think even if I left them together the turtle could never catch him
Im guessing these would destroy my cherry barbs and khuli loaches...
Kuhli loaches yes, I thin cherry barbs can avoid them
That turtle will kill him
Yep
If the turtle could catch him, but the turtle is in the pond now
Would a 20 gallon long do well for them?
Yes, I would just make sure you have a lid in case it wants to wonder. I never had that issue but perhaps in a smaller tank it could happen
Promise y'all that turtle will not catch him
Yeah that's the big debate, the crab is very fast and likely won't ever be caught...but I put the turtle in the pond anyway
Was it male or female???
Male
