Nice car. I’m actually trying to decide between a sport and touring Civic. For Apple car play, do you have to use the USB cord every time to connect it? Also, how much do you think it would cost to get new speakers installed? I can do without most of the other touring upgrades.
Nice upgrade. I prefer the body color. Looks more OEM. Also I would have sent the middle piece back. It's a manufacturing flaw- either not enough plastic got into the mold (injection pressure/temp problem) or didn't cure long enough. The part can't be trusted long term. The screws you reused looked pretty bad for only 2 months of on the road. A trip to the hardware store for some better coated or stainless would be recommended for anyone else adding this.
Appreciate the comment! I could have sent it back, but again I don't know if I did it myself. I'm more likely to send it back for the passenger side end not fitting properly. The reason those screw are already like that is from the salt on the roads. Might change them up from your recommendation. Thank you!

That's nice, especially body color if not for the crack and such. I like that this cam pre painted, and does not protrude too far out and is low profile. It's nice to have those fancy ones, but I'd rather have the clearance to not scrape and hit stuff. Like miniature deer 🦌 😆🤣😂😹
I really liked the fact it came painted. My other part came painted just in a different color. Hoping to pick it up at the body shop today and get it installed for next week's video. This one sit's just a tad bit higher than the other one so there won't be as much scraping. Which I only scraped on the other one on certain speed bumps. DEER!!!!
@@717PROJECT The previous one looks pretty nice with the angular side extenstions, especially in body color. I saw a Sport Hatchback pic just recently like that in matching BBP. But sometimes you have stuff like those concrete or composite parking parking stall stop blocks or even curbs for stalls without them that can scrape there, especially if you have your car lowered. Stock height looks fine almost always for me in OEM Sport suspension trims. But I know some car applications to get stiffer lowered coil springs for improved handling Eibach has to stages. I would get the higher one, if I went that route. The only thing I would be looking at add for handling upgrades so far would be that 27Won front strut tower brace like Roymer Perez has on his Civic Sport Sedan. He also went with upgraded wider 19" wheels and tires. I prefer the stock OEM wheels. Tire brand and model can always change for longevity and performance handling preferences. When I needed new shocks I would go with KYB or Bilstein.
@@717PROJECT I just saw and reposted the YT Yofer Body Kit promotionsl video for the 2022 Honda Civics, and it looked pretty nice. Except for tinted windows, the license plate frames/covers, LED light bulbs and maybe foglights, and blacked out emblems, or these Blue JDM style emblems for the front/rear/steering wheel and delete the rear hatch Civic and Sport emblems, any body kit customized add ons will only cone after almost everything else I want to add on. If I got an Si, or a Sport Touring Smokey Mauve Pearl Hatchback, I would get those JDM style emblems with matching colors, and the body kit, with the rear wing spoiler. The Hatchbacks already have sideskirts and the Sport has a rear diffuser, so on the Sport, I probably would only get the front one since I wouldn't put the spoiler on the Sport Hatchback. After the initial stuff I would put on my car, the RF speakers would be a priority. I would probably have one of the top RF certified stereo shops install it, because I might get the component system, so let them install the remote tweeters, upgraded wires, and speaker noise reduction kits. When I get the amp/processor I will have them install the powered subwoofer hookup and remote bass boost switch, so when I an ready, they don't have to do all the work again, I can just pick up the powered subwoofer whenever I am ready, and plug it in. I think it even had long velcro strips so I can just anchor it to the side wheelwell or the right rear, where Bose mounts the subwoofer in the Sport Touring Hatchback. Either way, it will be easy to remove when I want to, and not be bolted down. Walmart even has those heavy duty velcro strip kits if I need more. Btw, for the ends of the front lip, did you try duct tape? 😆
I could try that. Seems to be holding still. I'm gonna pull it off again this week and redue that side and see how it comes out. Appreciate the recommendation 🙏 Thank you

When I can afford too! The wheels and tires I want will run me over $2k
Power train 👀👀👀
Do you happen to know if they make them in sonic grey?
I believe they only come in red, blue, white and gloss black Vekarros! Appreciate the comment my friend 🙏 Thank you!
Are you going to get a rear diffuser ?
Also what are you going to do with the other front lip
I haven't been able to find the diffuser. Have a link by chance? I'm gonna hold on to the other for the time being.
Looking good!
🙏Thank you 305🙏

Looks good but the fitment is disappointing! Keep up the videos!
Agreed! I thought the fitment would have been much better. Always appreciate the comments my friend, thank you 🙏
does it wash ok w the stickers being on it
I peeled the stickers off after I painted it. It's holding up nicely!
@@717PROJECT so it’s jus held up by bolts rn?
@@musamusa8063 I believe 9 screws and double sided tape for the middle piece. Sides are just double sided taped but I did add a screw to hold it on better.
@@717PROJECT i just finished putting mine on looks amazing my passanger side is weird jus like u what else besides heat gun did u do
@@musamusa8063 I put a screw in on the end. There's is just enough there to screw it in the bumper.
I want to get one by they are all on back order. I like 27Won but PRL is in my back yard, and I really like supporting local. There on back order too!
@@717PROJECT I guess either one is good, when you can get hold of one. The 27Won unit looks nice and simple to install, as ahould be the other one.
Like to do thE same to my to 2022 civic sport hatcHback
I like this better... looks more defined...👍
Thank you, Ricky!
The Yofer looks better but too bad about the fitment.
Appreciate the comment, Jason! I definitely wish the fitment was better.
Guy needs a heat gun. Will help mold the pieces to the shape
heat it up with a heat gun and bend it a little
I could try that. Seems to be holding still. I'm gonna pull it off again this week and redue that side and see how it comes out. Appreciate the recommendation 🙏 Thank you
Yofer!!!

Does anyone what size screw it comes with?
I believe they were 1/4 inch screws but I'm not 💯
145 Fisher Plaza
They don’t have one for my color of civic 🫤 Meteorite grey
Check www.swaautosports.com if they have one use my code 717 for 10%off.
Kinda like the first one. It’s not a looks thing. It’s a quality thing. $170 pain in the a$s isn’t my thing. 👊
Very true my friend! The other one was only $10 more.
🔥🔥🔥
🙏🙏🙏🙏
That 3m tape they give you is horrible. I had to run to Walmart and get some heavy duty 3m tape
That's my plan for tomorrow. It's not holding up to bad but I want it better! Appreciate the comment 🙏
