The NHS should charge people who go to A&E because of alcohol related injuries.
Whilst I don't disagree with the sentiment, I think the NHS should be free to access for everyone or it'll set a precedent and eventually degrade other services they currently provide. I think private healthcare shouldn't be pushed like it is, We're going to end up like America if it's not addressed
Should also charge drug addicts for methadone and charge for abortions
All those tory MPs at the beginning saying how important the NHS is yet since 2010 the waiting lists have steadily increased under them. They need to put their money where their mouths are.

Saving the NHS starts with the general public. But that ain't going to change.
As much as people want to blame the Tories they are an elected government, and they have been elected for the last 12 years despite public services being in free fall in this time. It is the general population to blame for the failing NHS as much as the Tories. People need to grow up and take some responsibility instead of pointing the finger 100% at the Tories or worse the NHS staff.

£10 for first.
£30 for 2nd

This idea is excellent but will take a fortune to enforce if lots of people fail to turn up.
@Ian Ukyo Thomason Something needs to be done. Putting up posters in Dr's office saying don't forget to cancel your appointment does nothing lol.
Fining people will not only bring money back into the NHS but also will hopefully stop people from booking appointments they don't need obviously in cases their can be exemptions of a fine , like if your on way to hospital via 999 etc. But something needs to be done.
This is hilarious 😂. They would have to see people before this could happen. Also GPs need to start pulling their weight and stop putting pressure on the hospital services. last month I’ve seen 2 different family members have to go to hospital because their GP won’t see them or won’t give out proscriptions.
@Bobdidit Why would they have to see people? The reason there is not many GP appointments is because people make appointments and don't attend

It's an institutionalised issue including overpaid Managers. The Conservatives have been pumping more money into the NHS than ever & it is absolutely going down the drain.
@@Malfoy1594 No, Blair didn't fix it when he could have, that's true, but the funding went up under Labour and down under the Tories. It is about more than just funding, but it is a major factor.

I'm an empathetic, feminine and liberal minded progressive Brit which means that I worship the NHS, multiracialism and LGBT as the 3 pillars of my ideology (faith). I'm proud about not having a country, people or borders of my own. Not only am I unable to properly identify what a European looks like but I also can't define what a woman is. It makes me feel virtuous and morally superior over everyone else and in my head I tell myself that my thinking is natural and normal globally.

Import Filipino Nurses, please be honest and check the NHS Employment statistics since the 1960s they are the 2 most Robust and Consistent in the history of the NHS.
But these Nurses are retiring and dying so we need to start importing the correct Migrants for the job, it can never be British run, we know the lazy and entitled need to be removed
