Being a negative person, it was very hard for me to begin with the challenges steps you have given. Lots of hardtakes, so it was difficult to find the clear clouds amongst all clouded thoughts, experiences, beliefs. Yes - the exercises certainly helped to change the way of looking at things, forgiving self & others, questioning self on what needs we fulfill for ourselves. A well crafted & cared for challenges.
