Hello sir I have a question
If we have acetic acid and water system and we have taken various mole fraction of acetic acid for inlet and then we can find out the moles of acetic acid in vapour and liquid phase by titration with NaOH but how we have to determine the moles of water in vapour and liquid phase can you please explain sir?

So I have a question. If we want to measure Equilibrium Vapor Pressure of a liquid(not a mixture let's say it is water), we need a certain(very very very tiny) amount of that water right? I mean there has to be a certain amount of that water in closed box to be able to measure that vapor pressure(Like for water it is 2x amount and if you have x amount of water you can not find the right equilibrium vapor pressure presuming that x is very very little amount)

What you need are the proper conditions, the amount of water is irrelevant... as long as it is in a closed container... the % humidity should be the same and concentration as well
