(Idk if this is info everyone knows i just recently got minecraft in like nov of 2023 and never played it before that) Hope this helps anyone i spent months arguing with minecraft customer service because multiple people kept sending me the same article over and over and i kept telling then its not working and theb they sent me to a link to keeo an eye out for a solution 😐😐 so they are no help whatsoever. but some random PLAYER helped with a solution.
Try restarting your PC then try stopping the service it can be that any necessary process for windows was going on so it stopped you from turning it off.
Error 1068 is because of the 2 of these services unavailable download the Xbox app from Microsoft store. After the download open it and go to its settings>general from there u can see the missing services download it from there and then try.
You can download the services by downloading the Xbox app (from Microsoft store) from there in setting you will see which services are necessary to install it will download automatically

Uh that's probably because you are lacking some updates or have removed the Xbox services manually. It's better to download Xbox application from the Microsoft store and download all the services which is necessary.
Probably because the services would have uninstalled due to some application. You can reinstall them by downloading XBOX app, as soon as you login and open that app it will show you necessary services all you have to do is install all of them and it will work just fine
