In one of my match opponents has a dragonite that can heal it self way fast then two Pokemon can give damage can u help

Dragonite is complicated
When you use basic attacks you get 3 different beams if you noticed
If you use outrage after red/orange beam you get more dmg
If you use outrage after yellow you get more stun
If you use outrage after blue beam you get more healing

Yellow / stun one is the best because it doesn't eat your opponent react
