My very first job when I emigrated to Australia in 1973, making aluminium pressure cookers. All done by hand just like that.
In the 1970's I worked in the family foundry. We cast pots, pans and gridles for various companies. It was a requirement that we used specific alloys that were defined as food grade by US government regulations. Some alloys contain metals and minerals that would leach into food when heated and were viewed as potential health hazards. To this day I don't buy pots, pans or other cooking utensils made in third world countries. Perhaps I am paranoid but just an FYI.
Teflon 🙊
I was thinking the same

Amazing how hard and the hazardous conditions these men work in. Respect to them..
The "hazardous" conditions you brought up are mostly of their doing. They don't clean their work areas, its horribly filthy. They leave metal shavings all over, absolutely no safety procedures, sandals around molten aluminum/metal, loose clothing around power equipment. An accident waiting to happen!!
don't forget, all this hard work you are so fond of is primitive. They are using equipment & technology that we had in the western countries 60 & 70 years ago. We got modern up to date technologically advanced automated equipment, they got all of our old outdated worn out equipment. So all that "hard work" was first done here in the western developed countries. Only we did it much safer & definitely cleaner.

@@gggf4766 have you ever been to any US factories, have you ever been to the US? I highly doubt you have done either one!!
I really don't care if you like it or not, what i said is the TRUTH! Regardless if you like it or not, the truth is the truth. If you don't like it, try to change it.
@@timothygeiger8271 ik u guys are top 1 but the altitude and ur comment as example mate
I really appreciate seeing how things are done elsewhere. It was really something to see what looked like some rough cutting for it to end up being some very impressive skill to cut the rim perfectly into shape by hand
Yes, you're right. these aluminum pots will serve well for the conquest of space. like calves for collective and tourist trips. visit the moon. Jupiter. uranus....you only have to choose the destination. with resonable price.
Thanks for watching my friend
This is really a hard and pain staking work. Hats off to them !
I find it very strange that videos like this never mention the country where it is filmed. So many videos of workers in their bare feet or sandals, loose clothing around spinning machines, not so much as a dust mask when toxic dust/vapors are obviously present. . . . the list goes on. Who can be so proud as to show how productive these people are?
This is the first video where I have seen the product label shown and can be traced to Pakistan.
99% of those type of videos are from Pak.
these channels just want views and money from youtube, they dont give once cent to the miserable condition of these workers
Hard working people but scary working conditions
Very nice, high quality stuff.
3:50 that's a nice pair of safety squints
Samsung)))

Amazing hardworking people ❤️
Very nice pans, that'll last the family a lifetime!
The way that metal can be drawn like that is something that I always found to be fascinating!
There were no wasted movements or actions, everything was done for a specific purpose in a predetermined process.
By employing locals and providing high quality affordable products to the community and beyond, this manufacturer is an important part of the commercial manufacturing community.

Nice work guys. It’s bet sad to see that owner of this place dose not care to provide safe glasses for his hard workers.
oh we all have so much to tell about such work and all its aspects...my father found similar work little factory in dnipro ukraine and at start he made a lot of steel and rubber things for autoprom market, there was ~150 employes but short after ussr decline we start to shrink and now for last 10 years we are just a factory with 3 man working 3 month in year producing a single product people still like and buy...so nisch...and when i see these factories i can't hold feelings...i feel sadness and willness to reignite life in it and still remember there is no need for it and feel sadness again...i can only say: while there is open import of mass produced goods and there is places where you can make same things more and cheaper and sell to the world in no time - taxes and laws and market will not let you do this on your yard...yes you can invest...yes you can do a lot of things but your domesyic product will 10 times higher in price and masses will not support it with $...and so you are doomed to close untill market get dry and demand will knock to your door again...50% of the price is revenue of the saller, 30% - is mostly taxes on the whole way of production, 10% - is wages for all workers who did it and moved it...and little % are for other things like materials, energy, repairs etc...those who produce basic materials have wages like 2$ per day and work without weekends and 12 hours each day...imagine that...like chocolate...in each chocolate bar price you pay only 0.0000006% of it to a man who actually grow and gather choco beans...it is insane when you get realising that...when you know the whole proccess with all wages and prices and taxes on each damn step just to get a fine product for your house...and then you find something wrong with it and screem to get your money back for it XD
Well said. Big companies with economics of scale work like gravity sucking in wealth and power. They can lobby all sides of politicians and in global economy shop for the best deal around the world. And people want to identify with these immortal brands/companies. Big brands feel and behave like Greek gods. All this is really hard self reinforcing cycle to untangle. How to re-invent a new way forwards. Are big companies destined to fill the void in peoples minds while eating nation states empty.
👏👏👏❤
I really wanna buy one of these products
Very hard work
Great work love from malashia

Thanks
Wow, Samsung makes pots, good to know
good
10:08 Strike a pose! lol
The real world.
I like these videos but as a technician myself is see the conditions in these factories and the lack of Personal Protective Equipment, the cluttered areas, out dated and poorly design machines without safeguards or emergency stop are just disasters waiting to happen. Case in point, that spinning machine used to polish the pans. If it would damage the wood they are using imagine what it would do to your hands.
Sad to see it happen now a days.
Yeah these guys need gloves and safety glasses.. Just those two things would probably prevent alot of injuries. But in a factory with very old machines that don't even have E-stops, getting sliced by a jagged edge of metal is probably the least of your worries.

Oh, now I know what a Samsung factory looks like. LOL
Samsung?!😅
Pantastik A+++
This is all good and nice work. But one thing is missing and that is safety of the workers. None of them wearing protective uniform or safety glasses specially who were doing all that trimming etc. And there it seems there was also chemical stuff but no masks. Why? Pakistani will never develop if the worker is not safe. Where are those government organizations who with draw reasonable salaries but non of them seem doing anything related to their duties.

This is the best, or worst, one yet.

No safety glasses. Just wow
One has to wonder what the average workers life expectancy is when you watch these videos.
longer than they want

Very very skilled work, hard work ... but working in bad work place, bad environment 😔
no masks? no eye protection.... c mon! at least a little respect for a worker
The lack of even the most basic of safety equipment and workplace is appalling.
Heh, now compare these to the endless Chinese manufactory videos where all of the skills are built into their tools.
Кастрюли Samsung, забавно :)))

I'd hate to know what the aluminum levels are in their blood. Can't be good.
Then watch everybody act surprised when they are diagnosed (if they're lucky) with severe Alzheimer's...

Its so painfull to watch, not even a singel worker got protective glasses nor any kind of protective gear for the task.

I wish they had better shoes and better protective gear. But they look happy which makes me feel sad for some reason.

I don’t get it. Who is using such large pans ? A family of 30 people ?
