@@outtascope why without prejudice? there's enough bad behavior on the predecessor judge and the prosecution team to warrant with prejudice. either way though it will amount to the same conclusion cause of the length of this trial already they will not retry this cause of a violation of the right to a speedy trial.

However, the right to a speedy trial is a very good point. I think most of the prosecutorial and judicial misconduct could be remedied with a new trial, but the violation of the defendents' 6th amendment rights cannot. And to further support your point, in Baldwin the judge granted mistrial with prejudice because of Brady violations after jeopardy attached. So yeah, I could see with prejudice.
Woody was a “fact” witness whereas Dennis was an “expert “ witness. I’m not a lawyer but I’d guess that may have merit for the different treatments here. 🤷♀️

I don't know if any defendant is guilty or innocent, but I do think the State has violated their rights time and time again. That alone should get the case dismissed with prejudice, in my opinion. For all I know, the State is correct, and all the defendants are guilty. However, the actions taken by the State show they violated the defendants rights, and therefore, the case should be dismissed with prejudice.

Wish the judge would have reconsider her decision and granted the mistrial. That would have been the right decision
