These NEW Fluffy ANIMALS are Adorable! - Aloft New Demo (June 2023 Release)

Hello Everyone,
The demo for Aloft received a new update mainly focusing on animals.
You can now find goats, pheasants, and more wandering around on random islands. You can feed and pet them so they will like you more and then you can pick them up and take them with you on your island ship. On the corrupted island, you can find sick animals that you need to cure. While I know the cure can be made using the research bench since the developers said this themselves. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get that paper-looking material to build a research table.
The other major thing this update brings is an extended character customizer. So I tried to make it look like myself as closely as I could and he got pretty upset. Guess I'm just that ugly.

To get the paper you need to use the sickle on blue flowers to get flax and flax seeds. Once you harvest them you will unlock the loom to make paper.

Hey thanks for trying the new demo! You need flax (blue flowers gathered with the sickle) to continue unlocking more stuff!

There are chests now scattered in hidden places on the islands. I found stuff to make the research table in one of those.

Yeah, found one later as well. Also found out its made with flax
