Chinas dish wrapped in the brown package as you say is called zongzi! Me and my family make it every year and its sticky rice with fillings, sweet or savoury then wrapped with traditionally bamboo or whatever leaves we get lol :D really cool to see different cultures n stuff which is why i love hetalia so much
I'm Italian but I'd try that, tbh, it looks yummy! We in Italy make a dessert pizza with Nutella on top, after all. I think dessert pizza with nutella, fresh strawberries and powder sugar would taste pretty good.
This was at "Concept Cafe Animax" in HOOP mall, Tennoji, Osaka. BUT this Collab cafe has finished now, the anime/game theme changes every month or so! If there's ever another Hetalia cafe I definitely wanna go!!
