I’ve only seen skirt for sale in wing yip. You don’t seem to get it in the supermarket and the butcher doesn’t seem to sell it. I suppose if I asked?

Ive had it from 3 local butchers. 2 had it on display 1 nipped in the back for it. A good butcher will have it or be happy to get it
