Guys! Way overpriced for what you get. You can get a much better design, layout, and quality of finishing with other developers (especially foreign developers) in Bali. For example, we built our modern 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms Japanese-inspired villa with a quality developer from Jakarta in Ubud for for less than $250k. All the finishings and fixtures were high-end. Also, the price we paid includes the land lease for 30 years. Please don't fall for this.

Man... regardless of how much I agree with you. The guy in the video is trying to earn a living. I believe that if the project is overpriced, people simply won't buy it, or maybe it's not in the market for that person. I know where the project is and have been there. And you know what? The project still sold out for some reason. This means there is a market of its own for this project, obviously not us.
