So, I found this music while searching for music or songs on RUclips! I came across "Escape" by Craig Armstrong and it immediately gave me an idea for a Guy & Marian video. It's mainly about the demise of Guy & Marian's relationship. Shows all they went through, the deception, lies and how it all led up to Marian's death.
This video was a pain to do with all that audio!! I don't think I will be doing that much audio in a video for awhile! LOL I wanted to bang my head on the desk! LOL
This video is very dramatic but I hope it shows also how Marian manipulated Guy, played on his feelings and led him on!
*Somehow I lost my watermark halfway through the video!!! ARGH!!! I was so tired I didn't even notice!! PLEASE don't steal parts of my video!!*

I love this one so much!!!!Brilliant as we've got the whole storyline of Guy +Marian...I wished somehow that the ending of season 2 had all been a dream...When I watch your video, I so want to watch the Guy + Marian movie...It's obvious to me now more than ever that Guy was the hero of this show! He's the best character in it.
As a person who never got to watch this show - this was amazing!!!!! What a superb summary of Guy and Marian`s relationship Heather ! Loved the editing , the effects, the music and most of all THE DRAMA!!!!! Really Great!!! 10 stars and *faves*
Man this still holds up all these years later. It's probably the best Guy/Marian video ever.

Wow....I was so captivated I forgot to breathe through most of that! lol As always, completely mesmerizing, the clips, effects, audio mix, song - all of video - beyond awesome ... you really should do this for a living if you're not already...

Absolutely amazing.Choice of audio was brilliant. I loved the editing at the end as the music speeded up. I like how you didn't make too much of the death - it was really well balanced.

(it also made me realise I gave up watching the non G/M bits a long time ago; I finished watching and thought - that's the whole two series fitted into 5 minutes - that's impossible; then realised that there might be some guy called Robin Hood in it now and again!!)
This was absolutely beautiful, I am hopelessly addicted to it. I understand the pain of trying to incorporate audio successfully into a video, but the audio you included, made this video amazing. I hope you make another video, because this is perfection.

Wow! This was amazing! I so love the dramatic nature of the video. Song choice: amazing. Craig Armstrong is great. You managed to really build the tension to the maximum point. Great video, great editing. I loved the effect with clouds in the background. Wow! Definitely 5 stars and faved!

This is one powerful video - i keep watching it over and over.. It's simply irresistible... her betrayal and machinations, his hurt.. Lol, well this morning I can make a comment that makes more sense ;)
Love the mixture of dialogue behind the dramatic music, give more power to the words and it creates a tragic catalogue of a very sad story which could have had a happier outcome if Marian had been a little more honest with him. Yeah I am sounding Pro Guy here, I can't help it.

Love how I see you advance your editing-skills!! Absolutely great! (I usually really don't like too many 'effects', but you seem to make it work quite well, personally I'd still not use it as much as you do, but it does show how well you can manage editing, and that suites you!).

I don't often use this word, but this video is, absolutely EPIC. A beautiful, brilliantly-edited portrayal of their rollercoaster relationship through the two series. I especially like the bit from 0:43.

LOVED the build up of the song for 3 minutes and then the last 2 min were BRIILIANT!!! One of the only reasons I watched RH was because of Marian and Guy's relationship...It was SOOOOO complicated! I loved it!!! LOL RA is always great at acting and this role was so great for him! 5 stars and saved to my RH playlist!

OK I love Richard Armitage, but let's not forget that Guy is the bad one here. He tried to kill the king, treated the common people badly and among other things abandoned his own son to die in the forest! Marian did use Guy but she had to in order to save others. I can see why Guy killed her especially as each time he forgave her he would repeat that being with Robin would be unforgivable and that was the ultimate betrayal... I can understand him but I just can't forgive him.

Heather, I'm not entirely sure how you managed to hold the taughtness of a trailer over 5 minutes, but I was slowly leaning toward the computer over the course of the vid. Beautiful song choice and jaw-dropping editing - another masterpiece!
Thanks! I was wondering what the whole story was behind that. I've been trying to watch more of season 1, but there isn't much on youtube. And plus the stuff I can find from season 1 only involves Marian and Robin, not Guy. Thanks so much again for explaining! =D

In the first season he had a baby with a servant girl named Annie. He didn't love her or the baby. He kind of left the baby in the forest actually. Then Robin found him and took care of him and gave him back to his mother. Annie didn't know Guy left the baby out in the forest because he told her he was going to send the baby with the nuns I believe. At the end the baby and his mother went away so that was the last we heard of his baby.

What a shame that this Robin Hood wasn´t a movie.
Brilliant! She shouldn't have said that at the end. Seeing as he had that sword in his hand being a tortured soul and all. That was her mistake.
But I miss their interactions, I would've hoped they brought her back from the dead somehow. These writers always do that, couldn't they make another exception?
She didn't deserve to die. As much as we love his smoldering looks, Robin has always been more genuine/good and Guy the more sinister. It was obvious she would have never chosen him.

@HeathDances Of course it is, but I get very involved in this show ;) I choose to believe for the most part that season 3 doesn't exist. I didn't say good job on the video! Those were just my feelings about the character.
GOD! I love marian, but this video makes me hate her because GUY was always there for her! I hate that she used him. They would have been beautiful together and you get their feelings right on! 5***!
Hmmm... I don't think that is going to happen and I haven't heard that. According to what is going on for the series finale this Saturday as I have read all the spoilers, there is no way Marian is making a come back for series 4. I don't want to give anything away but she is clearly dead in this Saturday's episode.
@classicgrace It's JUST a video! No need to be so serious about it! At least Guy redeemed himself in season 3 in my opinion.

How, for the love of the fandom, do they think they are going to pull this off?! *is having difficulty not swearing loudly* She. Was. BURIED! With Robin's dad that's a totally different story, although it was plenty thin itself, I just... NO!
I hope for my sake it falls through. No offence to Lucy, she was great, but SHE'S DEAD! I can only tolerate so much bad writing.
