Take this build for example, now I want to go build a home in a deserty area, because I haven't done that before. Recently, I've built a beautiful set of townhouses inspired by your Teen Dad Apartment, Girly Loft, and Industrial Loft. I'm new to Sims 4 and love building so much thanks to inspiration like you! My suggestion: a row of townhouses each with a different theme i.e. modern, industrial, colorful, etc. Or (my favorite suggestion) an artist-themed loft.
I dream of a house for a super sim. It should have all the objects to learn skills and careers. Beautifully put a rocket in the yard is an art. Thank you, amazing build as always 💐

Personally I would have put the kitchen where you put the living space and then having way more room for the living space! Do still really like the rustic, industrial look though! Good job 🤗
When I was a kid my parents took the smallest bedroom. It just made sense, my brother and I spent all our time in the house, in our bedrooms while my parents only had a bed and dresser in their room.

My idea of a tiny home is based on how many square feet you can fit a house. Example would be a 5x5 house or even smaller than that but a 20x15 is small but I feel like it’s based on how many squares you can use in a tiny build.

Caterina Cilloni I’ll try my best to explain. Put a box. Copy that box and put it on top of the first box. Take out the first box by deleting its walls then the floor. If you click on the second box, there’s a toggle where you can move it up or down. You move it down to make it float like in the video (:
To feel better for the teen, they may have only just aged up so haven't really decided what their teen hobbies are yet. And I hate how bulky almost all of the dressers are in the game, I usually leave them out of builds completely if it's only for my own game as I always go into CAS to modify outfits anyway. They definitely need some more options, especially single tile ones. Fingers crossed they sneak in some new items in the swatch patch, not just recolours!
Not necessarily a house suggestion but could you someday build a home with a sunk-in living room? Not sure if that’s the correct term, but I’m referring to a living room that you would have to go down maybe two steps to enter.
In my option this is a small house not tiny, I think of it size wise, and if you think of it that way: a very big family could fit in a tiny house by sharing one bedroom, so this is just my option by thinking it size wise😌
How do you use so much colour but make it look so good?! Like I see interior with colour combinations of brown and beige or black and white but ngl it looks kinda ugly.. Yet you’re over here using SO many colours but it’s very appealing
In my head I gave them a different background. The parents live in the small house with their Teen son who got his GF pregnant and she didn't want the baby. So he stepped up but he doesn't know anything about kids so he is, living with his parents do he can finish school and save money from his job, he spoiled his kid as much as he can. Trying to raise a valuable member of society while trying to be one himself.
to me a tiny house is just a house that’s really small? it can fit however many sims you want but it’s smaller than the general family house you’d find I guess and everything is kinda cramped

Hmm I’d probably call this a small house. A tiny house for me is when stuff is so small you really need to be creative with how you use the space and you can’t actually fit family sized stuff.
